GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SALE (SPANISH)

3. Contracting Process: The user selects the desired service, fills out the corresponding form, and makes payment via the available payment methods (Stripe, PayPal, etc.). Once payment is confirmed, an email notification will be sent.


4. Prices and Payment Methods. Prices are indicated in Swiss francs (CHF) and include taxes where applicable. Payment must be made in advance. Cash payments and bank transfers are not accepted without prior arrangement.


5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • Individual consultations: These can be rescheduled free of charge with at least 24 hours' notice.
  • Digital products: Due to their nature, returns are not accepted after downloading, except in the case of technical errors.
  • Workshops or courses: Cancellations made at least 72 hours in advance are eligible for a full refund. After this time, no refund is guaranteed.


6. Responsibility. The owner's responsibility is limited to the proper provision of the contracted services. No specific result is guaranteed, nor is liability assumed for personal decisions made by the user.


7. Intellectual Property: All content offered (texts, materials, downloadable resources) is protected by copyright. Reproduction or distribution without express authorization is prohibited.


8. Data ProtectionPersonal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy published on this site and the Swiss Data Protection Act (nLPD).


9. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction: These terms and conditions are governed by Swiss law. In the event of a dispute, the courts of Lausanne (VD), Switzerland, shall have jurisdiction.
